It was my first attempt and I learned everything from video clips on youtube. Real Italian men instructing you to add the MAS-car-PO-ne to the whipped egg yolk. Bake with Passion!!!
I tell you Italians are smart. All that strenuous egg yolk whipping is deviously worked into the whole scheme of things of true tiramisu enjoyment- It's really exercise in advance for all the calories you load on later.. heheh...
But really, I'm not counting.
This though, is a lovely picture of the sukiyaki beef kebabs we threw on the barbee this evening. It was goooood.
