    My very dear friend Peishi gets married and I baked a cake for her and the kids got in on the action too! She was my first baking buddy when we were 13 yrs old, completely clue-less as to how to bake a cake. We had to spoon the cake we baked. Ah.... such wonderful memories of happy times together. Apologies for the poor photo quality. Blame it on our frantic rush out of the house with cake and kids, forgot the proper camera and had to rely on the iphone instead. :P

Da An And Carol's Wedding!

Carol (my bestest baking buddy) got married. How not to do a cake to bless her??? :o)

She and her hubby wanted something neat, simple, yet elegant. This is how it turned out...

you can't really tell from this pic, but it was non-coloured fondant, peach coloured ribbons, the little cut out flowers were pearl with pink dragees, and topped by a bouquet of gorgeous fresh champagne roses.

I was really  glad to have my little helpers in on the action as well. It's a family affair! :)

Anyway, here's the happy couple. God's richest blessings be upon you two as you begin a new family!
