The Cake Flavors
A Piece of Cake uses the best ingredients and the cakes are freshly baked from scratch (no cake mixes) to home made perfection.
As the cakes are fondant covered, they have to be the traditional rich and heavy cakes in order to take the weight of the decorations.
Sorry! No light, fluffy cakes here!
Fondant is also traditionally the icing that preserves the cake and keeps it fresh for days.
These cakes need no refrigeration and can take our
Singapore
heat (outdoor but in the shade of course). They also keep very well.

~ Carrot Cake
A wonderful American recipe: chock full of carrot, walnut and raisins, spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg…The baker’s current personal favorite!
~ Chocolate Mud Cake
A dense and yet moist chocolate cake.
~ Traditional Fruit Cake.
Robust and flavorful.
~ Golden Butter Pound Cake
To be paired with other wonderful flavors: Orange Chocolate, Lemon, Mocha, Almond, or Apricot.
Buttercreams: (this is necessary so the fondant will adhere to the cake.)
